Because products differ in inventory status and sourcing requirements, some products may be immediately available while others may require additional fulfillment time.

2. Inventory Availability

Products listed on the website may have different availability statuses. Customers should review the applicable product page before completing their purchase.

Availability may change because of customer orders, inventory allocation, supplier availability, fulfillment requirements or other operational circumstances.

3. Pre-Orders

Tropical Spas & Pools may offer selected products for pre-order. A pre-order allows a customer to place an order for a product before it is available for normal fulfillment.

Pre-orders may be cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

4. Backorders

A backordered product is temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment and may require additional inventory or fulfillment before it can be shipped.

Customers purchasing backordered products should understand that the order may require additional time before shipment.

5. Special Orders

Tropical Spas & Pools may accept special orders for products that require specific sourcing or fulfillment arrangements.

Special-order products may have different fulfillment requirements from regular inventory products.

Special orders may be cancelled and may be eligible for exchange subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy and Exchange Policy.

8. Availability & Cancellation

If availability changes and the customer wishes to cancel the order, cancellation is handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
