11. Large Products & Site Preparation

Large products such as spas, hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and other oversized products may require freight/LTL transportation or another appropriate delivery method.

Large products are delivered to the customer's address according to the applicable shipping arrangement.

Tropical Spas & Pools does not provide installation services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property and intended installation location are appropriately prepared before delivery.

Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary regarding site preparation, electrical requirements, structural requirements, access, placement, installation, and local regulations.

Tropical Spas & Pools should be contacted before purchase if there are questions about delivery access or product-specific requirements.

12. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the requirements of the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

If a product arrives damaged or has an issue that qualifies for return consideration, customers should notify Tropical Spas & Pools promptly and provide photographs showing the product and the reported damage or issue.

Return shipping is paid by Tropical Spas & Pools when the product arrived damaged or had an applicable issue.

Customers should not send a return without first following the applicable return instructions provided by Tropical Spas & Pools.

Approved refunds are processed within a maximum of 5 days after the approved return is received.

13. Exchanges

14. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests may also be considered after an order has shipped. Where an order has already shipped, applicable shipping and processing costs may be charged, up to a maximum of $500.

Special orders and pre-orders may be cancelled, subject to the applicable cancellation process.

Deposits are refundable in accordance with the applicable cancellation circumstances.
