Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Tropical Spas & Pools as soon as possible.

The applicable cancellation process depends primarily on whether the order has already shipped.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

No cancellation fee applies when an order has not shipped.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Customers may request cancellation after an order has shipped. However, once an order has entered the shipping process, costs may have already been incurred.

Applicable shipping and processing charges may therefore be deducted or charged in connection with the cancellation, up to a maximum of $500.

9. Refunds Following Cancellation
