The Balboa BP8 Control Box is a versatile hot tub and spa control system designed for installations requiring multiple pumps and accessories.
Featuring a built-in 3.0kW Incoloy heater, the BP8 can control up to three jet pumps, including a single or dual-speed Pump 1, as well as a dedicated circulation pump, blower, ozone system and spa lighting.
The BP8 is also WiFi ready, allowing compatible Balboa WiFi equipment to be added for remote control of the spa. The WiFi module is sold separately.
Compatible with Balboa TP and SpaTouch topside control panels, the BP8 is a flexible solution for both replacement installations and new hot tub builds.

Balboa Retrofit Kit 5.1 GS523DZ + VL801D Touch Pad

Our Balboa GS523DZ spa control box bundle benefits from having a 3kw heater and a high-quality VL801D deluxe touch panel which is ideal for fitting over spa shell holes from other removed panels due to its size. The GS523DZ control box itself is a highly capable box and a preferred favorite of ours, it will operate a 3 pump and an air blower hot tub system but can also operate a four-pump system if no air blower is used. This Balboa bundle can also be used for upgrading from a Chinese spa control system or updating an old unserviceable one where parts are unobtainable.
Due to this system having a 3kw heater and being able to run this many electrical components, you will need to have a 32 amp supply to it from your home consumer unit so you may need an electrician to wire this for you if you don’t already have this installed.

Pack 1.2 Balboa GS100 2.0kW + VL401 Touch Pad
The Balboa GS100 bundle is a great entry-level system that is ideal for smaller spas. It comes with an extremely compact and versatile control box that can be placed anywhere within the spa cabinet. Additionally, the small but intelligent 10″ remote 2kW heater can be installed away from the control box on the spa’s plumbing, providing yet another flexibility when space is limited.

This Balboa GS501Z spa control box bundle benefits from having a 3kw heater and a VL260 which has a nice large facia but only requires a small hole in the spa shell so great for covering holes left behind from other system panels. The GS501Z control box will operate a two-pump hot tub system and is also ideal for upgrading a Chinese spa control system or updating an old unserviceable one that parts are unable to obtain. Due to this system having a 3kw heater, you will need to have a 16 amp minimum supply to it from your home consumer unit so you may need an electrician to wire this for you if you don’t already have this installed.

We have been using this system bundle for years to replace the KL8-3 Chinese E-think spa control system, the GS523DZ box will operate all the pumps and the Vl802D panel just covers the hole left behind from the KL8-3 panel, also fitting within the recesses of spa shells.
