Aqua-Flo XP2e 3HP 56f Wet End Assembly
Genuine complete replacement 56 Frame Aqua-flo XP2e wet end with 3hp rated internal impeller and designed specifically for use with Hot Tubs and Spas. This XP2e wet end only fits older discontinued 56 Frame (6.1″) pump motors.
The best way to identify an Aqua-flo 56 frame wet end model regardless of its impeller size is they have a part number of 92770715 stamped into one of the four support legs on the rear of the wet end.
This 3hp Aqua-flo XP2e pump wet end has been used by many brands over the years. This exact wet end can be found on Aegean, Master Spa, Sunrise Spas, Artesian, Cal Spas, Clearwater, Coleman Spas, La Spas, Gulf Coast, Saratoga, Marquis Spas, Vita Spas and many more.
This complete Aqua-flo XP2e wet end includes the following items:
- Impeller – 3hp
- Faceplate with air bleed screw
- Housing (Rear Volute)
- Ceramic mechanical shaft seal
- All associated internal O’ Rings
- Wet End Rotation – All pump wet ends can be installed onto pump motors in three positions, 12 O’clock, 3 O’clock or 9 O’clock easily so that they can attach to your spas plumbing unions.
- Side Discharge – This means the inlet (suction) and outlet (Discharge) are offset from one another. When you look directly at the face of the wet end you will see that the outlet is positioned off to one side in comparison to the inlet and not directly in-line.
- Fitment – Wet end is attached to the motor by four small 5/16″ bolts. Sold separately.
- This type of 6.1″ 56 frame XP2e wet end only fits Aqua- flo pumps with the older 56 frame smooth body USA motors and some older Italian EMG motors. They will not fit on modern 56 frame (6.3″) motors as the four motor mounting legs are not spread apart enough to allow it bolt on.
